Magma, the fourth eruption of the Agitators

Juliette Busetto and Samuel Victori are launching Magma, their fourth venture after their fine-dining restaurant, Pirouette (a neo-bistro), and Sous les Pins at the Maeght Foundation. This small establishment (20 seats plus 4 at the counter separating the kitchen and dining area) offers the duo's incandescent vision of Asian cuisine. A cuisine where lava plays with chili, where the earth's crust crackles like a sheet of nori, where spices ignite and awaken a volcanic smile. A free-spirited cuisine inspired by Asia and nourished by the Mediterranean. The Magma menu invites you to let go, to be guided by fire and texture in a raw, sensitive, and poetic experience. Six courses for €78.
