Whether portable, ultra-hi-fi or crafted like an instrument, speakers set the tone!
D BeoLab 90
To mark its 90th year, Bang & Olufsen offers a unique listening experience in the shape of the BeoLab 90. This absolute stunner incorporating the new Active Room Compensation technology delivers sensational all-around sound in a stunningly bold design that has “no apparent visual front”.
This portable Bluetooth speaker has just won a German Design Award for its outstanding sound quality, ease of use, design, autonomy and adaptability. It’s the result of a collaboration between Elipson designer Jean-Yves Le Porcher and Habitat’s creative director, Pierre Favresse.
This speaker is made using the same techniques as are employed in crafting stringed instruments, even down to having a soundboard of spruce resonance wood just like them. Its graceful convex rectangular shape is tremendously aesthetic and the omnidirectional wave ensures the sound is incredibly clear, warm, bright and space-enveloping.
