Haiku Ramen is, above all, a story of passion—for broth, of course, but also for discoveries, encounters, and inspirations gleaned during travels in Japan. Like the hidden canteens we love to find on a sidewalk—like the legendary Kodawari on Rue Sainte-Anne in Paris, or Mugen in Nantes—Haiku Ramen is part of this quest for authenticity. Haiku (俳句), this short Japanese poem, celebrates the moment, the fleeting beauty of things, and the emotions they awaken. A philosophy found in each of our bowls of ramen, carefully simmered to the rhythm of the seasons, with local products and homemade noodles. Driven by the rise of broth in France, Haiku Ramen has partnered with the talented chef Ippei Uemura—founder of the gourmet restaurant Le Tabi on Marseille's Corniche—to offer a unique, refined, and accessible experience. On the menu, generous ramen, recipes that change with the seasons, and always this demand for homemade and fair produce. And for your aperitifs or afterworks, let yourself be tempted by the izakaya specialties,  Homemade gyoza, ice-cold Japanese beer, and their selection of sakes to share. And soon, to extend the pleasure at home, a Japanese grocery store will open its doors: complete kits for making your own ramen, Japanese sweets for young and old, traditional drinks, and carefully selected tableware for a total immersion in the world of Haiku Ramen.
