A new gourmet concept has opened its doors on the rooftop of the new DoubleTree by Hilton Nice Centre Iconic hotel. Pesca, which appeals to lovers of fine seafood, shakes up traditional dining codes. Here, there's no classic menu, but a committed and unique approach where customers choose their own "catch" at the "Théâtre du Poisson." Like at a market stall, lobster, sea bass, sea bream, and prawns are on display to tempt you. The fishmonger-host offers various preparations and seasonings for "your catch." For drinks, the same principle applies: you choose your wine or beer, just like at a wine merchant. Enjoy oysters with ponzu sauce, grilled prawns with pesto, monkfish with miso like black cod, or grilled lobster with foamy butter. The decor is cheerful and colorful, with a retro-chic look, and the terrace truly shines.
