From January 16 to February 28, 2026, the Carlton Cannes launches its first winter festival which combines haute cuisine, floral art, wellness and exceptional collaborations.
Three weekends will be dedicated to guest chefs at Restaurant Riviera. From January 16th to 18th, Mallory Gabsi, the Michelin-starred chef who rose to fame on Top Chef, will offer his gastronomic dinner for €125 per person on Friday and Saturday. From January 23rd to 25th, Denis Lovatel will reinvent contemporary pizza with his "mountain pizza," a recipe inherited from the family pizzeria Da Ezio, founded in 1977 in the Dolomites.
Another event: YUJ Yoga by Hélène Duval sets up its 75-minute sessions throughout the festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and offers to discover or practice a modern, accessible and lively yoga with immersive music, infrared heat and collective spirit.
Carlton floral designer Djordje Varda will set up his pop-up shop in the lobby and host a floral workshop masterclass on Saturday, February 14th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Rüya lounge. Also on February 14th, the Chandell'Art experience offers couples a champagne dinner with gourmet canapés followed by a painting workshop where each person creates a portrait of the other, guided by an artist.
