To mark the opening of its boutique at Nice Airport last May, Fauchon drew inspiration this summer from the elegance and gentle way of life of the Côte d'Azur to create its gourmet Fauchon Riviera collection. This summer edition captures the essence of the South with vibrant colors, floral scents, and gourmet pleasures in an ode to the sun and the French art of living.
The flagship creations reflect the Mediterranean spirit: three exclusive organic infusions made from plants grown in France – Harmonie Royale (peppermint, nettle, lavender), Secret Royal (blackcurrant leaves, lemon balm, sage) and Jardin Méditerranéen (verbena, basil, thyme) from €11,90 to €17,90. The delicately pink Coquelicot macaron with poppy-infused ganache (€2,50) evokes a garden in bloom under the southern sun. The Peach, Apricot, Lavender jam (€9,20) with fruity and floral notes enhances summer breakfasts. The “Jardins à la Fauchon” tote bag (€15) completes this chic and summery collection.
