A menu timed to the second to the scenes of The Mask? That's the challenge of the Anantara's CinéRooftop on April 22nd. On the panoramic rooftop, each dish is served in direct response to the film: the Red Dress Lady cocktail at 2:34, the foie gras nougat sphere glazed with white chocolate at 30:00, and the confit beef ravioli at the moment of the heist. An immersive experience where cuisine becomes storytelling.
The following day, the atmosphere shifted. The Chandell'Art Nights took over the candlelit Colonnades space for a 2.5-hour masterclass with Nice-based artist Djiango. The first chapter of a series dedicated to portraiture, the workshop began with the eye, guided step by step, brush in hand. Five savory bites prepared by the Chef and a glass of wine rounded off the session.
And for those who prefer Saturdays with music: Saturday Seafood & Jazz takes place every week on the rooftop, from 12:30 pm to 15 pm. Buffet and live cooking featuring seafood, Saint-Tropez charcuterie, oyster bar, freshly prepared tartares, desserts by Chef Philippe Tayac, and live jazz with Sébastien Chaumont & The Bopsters overlooking the Bay of Angels.
