Uvita

The most relaxing

Dubbed the ‘Pearl of the Pacific’, Uvita takes us to a verdant setting, nestling below the cliffs of Cap d’Ail, 300 metres from Monaco. The Gusto family has hit the spot again with this oasis of fine sand and strelitzias reminiscent of Costa Rica, an atmosphere transported to the shores of the Mediterranean: natural décor, wooden deckchairs, and nude tones - wild and elegant in equal measure. The kitchen is about product excellence: origin, cooking, carving, and nothing left to chance. Whether from land or sea, the dishes are perfectly prepared: Bagna cauda, Carpaccio of bass, stracciatella and bottarga cheeses, Puttanesca-style octopus, or salt-crusted fish. A warm and generous place to be.
