Beeftro (for beef + bistro) is a new franchise that borrows its concept from its successful big brother, Beef Bar, meaning you devour selected cuts of outstanding beef such as Kobe and Angus. There's revisited street food too. The dishes are all skilfully cooked, with international influences from Asia to South America in evidence.
