On 29 September Michelin-starred chef Yoric Tièche hosts a boat trip around Nice Bay followed by lunch with a John Dory focus at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, the Four Seasons Hotel voted the best resort in France by the American magazine Travel + Leisure.
