New premises, new décor and a new menu inaugurate the Sea Sens’s bistro eatery under chef Arnaud Tabarec, who likewise heads up the hotel’s recently Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant. For the bistro this artist has revisited classic dishes appreciated for quick lunches and dinners, such as a Caesar salad and a club sandwich packed with fresh produce from Forville market, a beef tartare prepared just as you like it, and pastas and risottos with truffles, prawns or basil.
