Set sail for Ile Saint Honorat on the last Friday in the month and embark on the Sainte-Maxime, the Lérins monks' latest acquisition, for a novel wine cruise: two hours tasting wines and liqueurs produced by the Abbaye de Lérins, accompanied by a platter of cold meats and cheeses. Unforgettable!
