First help milk the cows, then head to the adjoining shop to discover the farm's specialities such as its highly popular Michette tomme cheese.

Le refuge de L’Estrop
Run by brothers Matthieu and Olivier Raynaud who adore the moun­tains, this historic refuge is a departure point for numerous hikes. Do try the food made with wild plants such as nettles and sorrel.

Le Goût des Mets

In this former coaching inn now sporting the Pays Gourmand label you savour terroir specialities such as stewed local lamb and tasty toupines, little au gratin dishes using the valley's cured meats and cheeses.
