Apart from its iconic Palais des Festivals where some of the craziest scenes in the comedy Fear City (1994) were shot, the Croisette has inspired more than one filmmaker, flaunting its opulent charms notably in Brian de Palma's Femme Fatale (2002) and the 17th James Bond film, GoldenEye (1995). The Carlton still remembers Alfred Hitchcock filming To Catch a Thief (1954), while Any Number Can Win (1963) with Delon and Gabin was shot in the gaming rooms and on the terrace of the legendary Palm Beach casino. * Visite guidée des lieux de tournage organisée en juillet et août.
