COTE INNOV' 2025: eighth edition

For its 8th edition, the COTE INNOV' trophy, organized by COTE Magazine and UPE 06, celebrated innovation during a wonderful evening at the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée.

A huge thank you to our partners for their valuable support to the companies that are driving innovation in our region: American Express, Mediterranean People's Bank, Cadillac et the Alpes-Maritimes Department.

Thanks also to our culinary workshops — Cookie workshop, Crokorico, Mapiada, Sb Pastry, Pane and Tulipani — as well as to the Chef of the Hyatt Regency Nice, Sébastien Roux, who delighted our guests.
Finally, a big thank you to Cédric Bouteiller for creating the trophies and to Nice Photobox et Mix and Light for their contribution to the success of this event.
