A new chef for a table of excellence

Following the departure of the iconic chef Patrick Raingeard, who left for new culinary adventures with his son, the very chic and discreet Cap Estel welcomed its new chef: Kévin Garcia. This true prodigy of haute cuisine has an exemplary career in fine establishments, such as JY'S** in Colmar, L'Atelier Robuchon** and Pré Catelan*** under the leadership of MOF Frédéric Anton, who appointed him executive chef of the Jules Verne in 2018, awarded a second star in 2024. Now it's the turn of La Table du Cap Estel to be taken to the firmament by Kévin Garcia.
