Since May, Villa Miraé in Cap d'Antibes has been home to Amarines by Mauro Colagreco, the gastronomic experience created by the chef of the renowned Mirazur in Menton. Awarded three Michelin stars and voted the world's best restaurant in 2019, Mauro Colagreco embodies instinctive, generous, and deeply environmentally friendly cuisine. A pioneer of circular gastronomy, he places nature at the heart of his creations with a plant-centric cuisine guided by a sincere love for local biodiversity. The first chef in the world to obtain "Zero-Plastic" certification in 2020, he is also a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity.
Housed within the new 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel, Amarines is inspired by the Mediterranean and the idea of casting off. The restaurant celebrates the spontaneity of the seasons and showcases sustainably sourced produce and locally sourced, responsible fishing. The dishes are constructed as a careful dialogue between the coast and the hinterland, revealing the authenticity of the ingredients in their purest form.
This summer, the restaurant is enhancing the dining experience with a unique event program. Every Thursday, from July 24th to September 4th (excluding August 14th), mixology, musical strolls, and DJ sets will liven up your evenings. Definitely a place not to be missed.
