Abi, a legendary restaurant

The name was not chosen at random. ABI is short for Abihssira. It's a way of highlighting roots, a family history, and the values that go with it: respect, hospitality, and sharing.

ABI is a Mediterranean restaurant with an oriental flair, inspired by grandparents' recipes and memories. The cuisine was born from family meals shared around the table, lively gatherings, and the aromas of spices simmering from early morning. Every day, tagines, salads, grilled meats, and breads are prepared as they were taught, using sun-ripened ingredients and a great deal of patience. Through every dish, there's a desire to share the taste of authenticity, the taste of homemade food, designed to be shared.

No transformation here, just a cuisine faithful to the traditions of Morocco and the Mediterranean basin, which lives as it exists in memories.
