A summer like an Italian film from the 60s, directed by Anantara

What if you experienced the summer of 2026 like an Italian film from the 60s? A limoncello spritz on a rooftop in Nice, a Vespa ride to Cap Ferrat, and the elegance of a Roman terrace? This is the idea behind La Dolce Riviera, the summer concept that Anantara is rolling out in three of its European locations: Nice, Rome and Amalfi.

For an aperitif, the signature cocktail La Dolce Riviera (a Spritz with limoncello, sparkling prosecco, and a touch of the French Riviera) can be enjoyed on one of the city's most beautiful rooftops. As for food, a weekly lunch menu blends the flavors of both Rivieras: sea bass fillet puttanesca, sea bream carpaccio with citrus, and zucchini blossom fritters. And at the spa, a sensory journey awaits, exploring citrus fruits and Mediterranean harmony.

The most cinematic experience is undoubtedly the Dolce Riviera Vespa: a panoramic escape from Nice, which runs along the coast via Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer, between umbrella pines, pastel facades and reflections of the Mediterranean.
