From April 10 to 12, 2026, Marseille will host the Viving Habitat & Real Estate trade show for the first time at Parc Chanot. Designed as a hub for networking and finding solutions, the event brings together all professionals in the housing, real estate, and interior design sectors in one place. For three days, visitors and project owners can connect with experts to make concrete progress on their projects, whether buying, renovating, or redesigning their interiors. The focus is on providing support, with dedicated areas for personalized advice and reliable information.
The Advice Hub: personalized support
The Advice Hub is one of the key areas of the show. Visitors can meet with interior design professionals to receive advice tailored to their projects. Valérie Nicolas, a Feng Shui expert, guides visitors in harmonizing their living spaces by working with the environment and energies of the place to improve their daily well-being. Nathalie Viron, interior designer and founder of the Casa Sud agency, offers a customized approach to transforming spaces, enhancing the value of a property, or redesigning an interior in a functional and aesthetically pleasing way. These discussions provide concrete solutions adapted to each individual situation.
Conference Area: Get informed to make better decisions
The show also features a conference area for in-depth discussions on housing and real estate. Professionals will speak on essential topics such as buying property, financing, and market trends. The Chamber of Notaries will offer advice on securing a purchase, while Meilleurs Taux and Avisofi will analyze financing solutions and changes in borrowing rates. Presentations will also address investment, particularly in contemporary art with Fine Art, as well as practical solutions like photovoltaic systems presented by Irisolaris.
A plant sale to decorate your home
The show also features a large plant sale organized by Ma Plante. Over 100 species and 3500 houseplants will be available at affordable prices, starting from €1, making it easy for everyone to bring greenery into their home. Small plants, herbs, houseplants, orchids, and large decorative plants will be available, as well as pots and accessories. Tickets for this sale have a separate ticketing system and also grant access to the entire show.
