For this evening for two, Chef Geoffroy Szamburski has created a unique menu, blending Mediterranean flavors with creative flair.
Inspired by chef and pastry chef Lucas Simoncini, the dishes reveal delicate creations featuring seafood, enhanced by vegetal and briny touches, before giving way to an elegant composition of poultry and foie gras, heightened by the nobility of truffles. The tasting concludes with a smooth, chocolatey note.
