Perched atop the Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port, The Three Forts has been reinventing itself since June 2024, led by the Marseille chef Sylvain Touati. More than just a renovation, it's a renaissance that combines signature cuisine, conviviality, and an exceptional panorama of the Mediterranean. Originally from the Endoume district, the chef draws his inspiration from the flavors of his childhood and the richness of the Provençal terroir. His precise and generous cuisine showcases raw and local products, with a menu that evolves with the seasons. Dishes to share, revisited Marseille recipes, and creative plates reflect his attachment to the city and the sea. At any time of day, Les Trois Forts becomes a lively place: breakfast facing the sea, business lunches, dinners with friends, or festive moments on the rooftop with cocktails and live music in the summer. The address also focuses on local crafts. A monumental fresco by Franck Lebraly, exclusive ceramic pieces from Atelier Tomette and Monochromic, and a unique bracelet designed by Gas Bijoux: every detail extends the experience of art, gastronomy, and the region.
