After breathing new life into the Esplaï du Grand Bar des Goudes, an iconic address in the picturesque Marseille village, the chef Benjamin Mathieu is exporting its know-how far beyond the calanques this summer with a series of gastronomic residencies outside the walls.
On the agenda: two stops in Southern Corsica centered around its famous bouillabaisse, on June 7th at the restaurant At Pignata in Levie and then on June 12th at Sotta RelayThe chef will then make a stop in Saint-Tropez on June 29th at Casa Rocco for an evening with Mediterranean flair, blending bouillabaisse, lobster pasta and shellfish bar, all accompanied by guitarists Los Tomas.
A great opportunity to rediscover the spirit of the Grand Bar des Goudes and the generous cuisine of Benjamin Mathieu, between local fishing products, Provençal traditions and Marseilles conviviality, for a few exclusive meetings in the most beautiful destinations of the summer.
