What if we danced differently? For its 7th edition, La Crème Festival fully embraces its focus on well-being. From June 27th to 29th, the Citadelle Saint-Elme in Villefranche-sur-Mer hosts three days where reconnecting with oneself precedes the euphoria of the night.
Every morning, everything begins by the water. On Saturdays, a run along the harbor with the Running Club and the musical collective Club Sonore helps ground the body in the present moment. On Sundays, a Pilates session overlooking the bay. Then come the holistic rituals guided by Ama and Aud, two sisters from Costa Rica: Sound Bath on Saturday at 11 a.m., where you lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations flow through your body, followed by an essential oil meditation and a Reiki session for those who wish. On Sundays, the cacao ceremony takes place, a Mesoamerican ritual for reconnecting with the heart, using breathwork and mantras.
In the afternoon, the beach takes over: paddleboarding, e-foiling, freediving, and the first DJ sets by the water's edge. The day is lived to the rhythm of music, carried by the salt and the light. And when night falls, what the morning had prepared comes to the fore: Miki, DJ Pone, Chloé, Papooz, Bellaire, and Yuksek set the stages ablaze until 2:30 a.m.
