The menu features a signature egg with black truffle, Roscoff crab, roasted Norman scallop with black truffle gnocchi, fillet of turbot from the Breton coast with a caviar-infused iodine emulsion, and roasted venison noisette. This gastronomic experience, priced at €320 excluding drinks, celebrates haute cuisine with a sea view.
At Bistrot M, the warm atmosphere is enhanced by a live musical duo who keep the party going until the New Year. The festive three-course menu features a surf-and-turf starter with foie gras, truffle, and special No. 5 oyster, a choice of signature main course (scallops or French veal rump with celery root mousseline and black truffle), Coulommiers cheese stuffed with walnuts, and sweet creations. €175 excluding drinks for this more relaxed yet equally refined celebration.
