The Majestic Cannes brunch transforms Sunday into a celebration

Every Sunday from 12pm to 15:30pm, Fouquet's Cannes sets up its brunch overlooking the Mediterranean. Tables by the pool or in the bright dining room, a complimentary glass of champagne, a strolling band to liven up the atmosphere: the kind of Sunday that transforms a weekend.

The large buffet offers multiple stations: a salad bar, a seafood selection with shellfish and crustaceans, live cooking stations dedicated to eggs (omelets, scrambled eggs, and made-to-order dishes), local specialties such as pissaladière and pichade, charcuterie and cheeses including those from the Mons cheese shop in Le Cannet, and a variety of mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, and scamorza cheeses. A hot dish of your choice (meat, fish, or vegetarian) is served at the table.

For dessert, the focus is on classic French pastries: Paris-Brest, Saint-Honoré, fraisier, Parisian flans (vanilla-pistachio-praline), a trio of rum-Limoncello-Grand Marnier babas, tarts, cakes, madeleines, and homemade viennoiseries. The chefs mingle with the guests and present their creations.

For families booking the first service around 12pm: children aged 4 to 12 can join the Little VIP Studio from 14pm to 16pm with pastry workshops, floral art, makeup or magic while the parents extend their stay at the spa or on the terrace.
