Sweet treats to take away from a sparkling Christmas at Domaine la Pierre Blanche

In Eygalières, the Domaine la Pierre Blanche This year, the establishment is unveiling a festive takeaway selection, ideal for enhancing your holiday table while enjoying a taste of the Alpilles spirit at home.
On the menu: a homemade foie gras signed by chef Romain Serradimigni, delicately flavored with Cognac and Port; the prestigious caviar Maison de Neuvic; and Charnay-Boutroy champagne to accompany the great moments.
The desserts are not to be outdone: pastry chef Laure Desmorieux signs two logs of character, designed to appeal to every palate. The Chocolate & HazelnutsVoluptuous and crunchy, it combines Valrhona chocolate and Piedmont hazelnuts in an irresistible interplay of textures. Lemon & Olive Oil It offers a fresh, Provençal glow, carried by a zesty lemon mousse and a subtle fruity black olive oil from Vallongue.
