A media library, a digital museum, a restaurant, a space for artists in residence and exhibitions… these are the cornerstones of Village Charlot, a new cultural hub recently inaugurated in Beausoleil. This project, developed by architect Marc Barani around the former home of Charles Médecin – nicknamed Charlot, a nod to Chaplin – features this winter the works of artists inspired by the sun, the stars, and the interplay of bodies. This inaugural exhibition meanders from one space to another within Village Charlot, and its theme resonates perfectly with the name Beausoleil. The guiding principle of this center, created in nearly three years? To bring culture to the public, to make it accessible.

Exhibition until April 4, 2026, Tuesdays from 12pm to 18pm, Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 18pm, closed Sundays and Mondays

“Solar System”, with Matti Ahopelto, Tina Amasoum, Guillaume Aubry, Ambre Cardinal, Oriane Ciantar Olive, Giulia Frigieri, Julia Gat, Fabien Lamarque, Caroline Mesquita, Ahmad Reshad, Kamila K. Stanley, Irene Suosalo, Charlotte Vitaioli.
