Deauville, 1920: Ciro's became the place to be for the jet set. A century later, the institution has set up its tables on the Majestic beach, right on the sand with a view of the Mediterranean. And it's unveiling its new menu for the season.
On the seafood side, the sea bass fillet from the Bay of Cannes showcases local flavors with sun-dried tomatoes and basil. The lobster linguine maintains its status as a generous classic, and the whole fish, carved tableside, transforms lunch into a shared experience. To prolong the pleasure, the Bourbon vanilla mille-feuille with pecans and flowing caramel, or the Bronte chocolate-pistachio fondant, provide a fitting finale to the meal, worthy of the setting.
Signature bouillabaisse, grilled prawns, sublime crudos and vegetarian suggestions complete this new menu which smells of spring.
