On Monday, April 28, 2025, for one evening, Bistrot d'Antoine takes on Colita, Armand Crespo's brand new restaurant. A three-round dinner: starter, main course, dessert, to the rhythm of the most beautiful French songs, carried by the captivating voice of Anne Carrere. Between Mediterranean inspirations and creative touches, the menu consists of a zucchini flower stuffed with ricotta and lemon-bergamot, a tender veal shank with samphire and spiced honey, and, to end this experience on a sweet note, a lemon cream shortbread punctuated with candied Taggiasche olives.
3-course menu for 70 euros per person (excluding drinks), with a musical performance by Anne Carrere.
Three 30-minute performances between each service, to enjoy the musical performance.
