A trattoria that only exists three nights a week, for the duration of a summer, in the secret patio of the first luxury hotel in Saint-Tropez: that is the definition of Pationata, the most confidential address of the season.
From June 8th to August 26th, and exclusively on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez transforms its leafy patio into a pop-up Italian trattoria. Under the trees, each dinner becomes a carefully designed interlude to celebrate the long summer evenings.
The menu features recipes inspired by Italy: fresh pasta, generous portions and sweets, for a gourmet journey between authentic recipes, iconic products of the Peninsula and Mediterranean flavors.
