When luxury becomes gentle
Here, summer can be savored at any time of day. Conceived by Pastry Chef Pierre-Jean Quinonero, Sweet O'Clock reinvents afternoon tea with a refined tasting experience served at the Bar and La Véranda. Kiwi and ginger pavlova with fresh garden herbs, pistachio and orange blossom Paris-Brest, flan with roasted Madagascar vanilla, or local lemon and mint tart compose a delicate symphony, designed as a true sensory journey. Beneath the century-old pines, Sundays at La Véranda embody conviviality in all its summer splendor. Orchestrated by Chef Yoric Tièche, these Sunday lunches celebrate Mediterranean sharing in its finest expressions: local produce, a glass of Deutz champagne, and a very generous dessert trolley.
Seaside Riviera and Michelin-starred cuisine
Even as the sun sets, the magic continues. Every Monday, from June 15th to September 21st, the Riviera Chic evenings transform the palace into a vibrant stage for Riviera glamour. Inspired by the timeless myth of the French Riviera, they celebrate the treasures of the sea and coastal specialties in a light and sophisticated atmosphere.
Every Sunday evening, the "Mediterranean Grill" takes center stage on the terraces of La Véranda. Fresh fish caught in the Mediterranean, fragrant grilled meats, and sun-drenched vegetables—all served overlooking the gardens and the sea. The highlight is Le Cap. Awarded a Michelin star since 2009, this exceptional restaurant has established itself as one of the finest on the Riviera.
Chef Yoric Tièche orchestrates a seafood cuisine of absolute precision. Sublimated Provençal flavors and garden produce distilled with grace can be enjoyed in the gardens overlooking the sea.
