Dior Saint-Tropez

An ode to nature, fashion, and gastronomy

Orchestrated by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco, Monsieur Dior restaurant and Café Dior welcome you to a vibrant and inviting setting. A feast for the senses!

Field of Clover, Thousand-Flower Fish, Draped in Sunlight, or Flight of Feathers… Rarely have fashion and gastronomy forged such strong ties. Conceived by chef Mauro Colagreco, the menu at Monsieur Dior restaurant is designed as a floral and sun-drenched tribute to the couturier. Located in the heart of the boutique, this open-air establishment, sheltered by the stone walls and lush vegetation of a historic country house, immerses us in the gentle lifestyle of the Riviera, echoing the deep connection to nature shared by Christian Dior and the chef of Mirazur* in Menton. On the plate, Mauro Colagreco elevates the cycle of the seasons. A poetic menu that also offers two tasting menus, designed as a contemplative journey. Like a three-part poetic score, the Sun-Kissed Lunch experience crystallizes the joyful lightness of the Riviera. In the evening, the five-course Moonlight Dinner accompanies the twilight in an enchanting atmosphere. Among the starters is the Mediterranean Ruby, a reinterpretation of the Niçoise salad and a nod to the Andalusian haute couture dress designed by Monsieur Dior. The signature dish, Lobster on a Journey, evokes the suits worn by Dior's female travelers in the 1950s. The chef reinvents the traditional entwined waist with a crispy texture, pairing the crustacean with vanilla and fennel. For dessert, La Ruche Dior embraces the graphic patterns of caning, so dear to the House.  Need a "sweet" break? Café Dior by Mauro Colagreco plays the card of vegetal elegance twisted by Dior's emblems, La Corolle, le Nœud or La Feuille… From sweet or savory breakfast to evening cocktails called Elixirs and the tea-time Le Bal des Fleurs, here the arts of fashion and gastronomy are combined with passion.
