Pilates occupies a central place in the program, ensured by Paradisio Club, a Marseille-based institution renowned for its demanding, fluid, and deeply respectful approach to the body. This collaboration gives rise to a new signature class on Power Mat PilatesOn a mat, this dynamic format blends the fundamentals of Pilates with a fitness approach, for an engaging, progressive workout with visible results over time. This class will be led daily by a team of coaches specially trained to embody the energy and high standards of this new program.
Between soothing morning sessions and more intense sessions to structure the week, the Club des Quatre Vents offers a holistic wellness experience, at the crossroads of movement, breathing and the power of the place.
