The legendary Ciro's restaurant, which has been bringing Deauville to life since 1920, has just dropped anchor on the beach of the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic. This new seaside haven promises to become the go-to destination for gourmets seeking an exceptional maritime experience.
Interior designer Jordane Arrivetz has created a yachting setting where blue and white interact with wood, evoking the decks of the famous Riva boats. The dining room, adorned with relief marine frescoes and luminous bayadères, extends the sophisticated ambiance that has made the Normandy establishment's reputation with Jean Gabin, Catherine Deneuve, and Yves Saint Laurent.
The menu was entrusted to chef Gabriella Stocker, who showcases Mediterranean treasures: raw sea bass, lobster linguine, and whole fish from the fish market sit alongside the must-have lobster roll and Caesar salad. Desserts by Nicolas Maugard, the Majestic's pastry chef, complete the experience with a Norwegian omelet with raspberries, a Tropézienne with Carros strawberries, or a praline millefeuille with Piedmont hazelnuts.
