160,000 visitors last year, and a three-Michelin-starred patron this year: Mauro Colagreco. From May 2nd to 4th, the Place des Lices and the Salle Jean Despas will host the sixth edition of Chefs à Saint-Tropez, the event that celebrates regional producers and expertise.
The concept: from market gardeners to ceramicists, chefs and artisans meet, exchange ideas, and cook in front of you. Culinary demonstrations, a farmers' market, and encounters with those who cultivate, process, and perpetuate traditions. A different perspective on the destination, far from clichés, and closer to the local terroir.
The weekend's highlight: the La Tropézienne pastry competition, Saturday, May 2nd, presided over by Christophe Michalak. Who will succeed Xavier Baudet, the 2025 winner? Find out on the Place des Lices, with a trophy designed by Patrick Rougereau up for grabs.
