Behind these refined addresses lies The Alain Ducasse Chocolate Factory, founded in Paris in 2013 and now run by the chocolatier-roaster Quentin Francis-GaigneuxHere, each creation is handcrafted, using precise and patient techniques: from roasting the beans to making ganaches, pralines or tablets, everything is designed to enhance the raw material.
Renowned for its intensity and purity, Ducasse chocolate stands out for its powerful aroma and low sugar content, offering an uncompromising taste experience. This artisanal approach has earned it the prestigious Living Heritage Company label, a state distinction that celebrates the excellence of French know-how.
In these new shops in the South, enthusiasts will be able to discover the iconic pure origin tabletsOld-fashioned pralines, crunchy bars, and the Maison's famous chocolate nuggets. A tribute to cocoa in its noblest form, served with the rigor and sensitivity of a great chef.
