Attuned to the ever-evolving nature of dance, the Ballets de Monte-Carlo welcome guest companies and choreographers each year for their Monaco Dance Forum. This provides an opportunity to discover new choreographic styles, such as the Compagnie Humaine, founded in 2002 by dancer and choreographer Éric Oberdorff. Regularly awarded internationally and based in Nice, the company challenges conventions in this creation that blends virtuoso dance with an immersive digital experience. Waku Doki, in Japanese, refers to that precise moment just before achieving something truly exciting. From July 17 to 19, the company will present John Neumeier's The Lady of the Camellias .
